Terms of Service
By using C2PA Studio, you agree to use it lawfully and with appropriate rights to your files and signing credentials. If these terms do not suit your intended use, do not use the tool.
What the service does
The tool reads embedded Content Credentials from supported local media and reports available fields and validation issues. It does not establish factual truth, copyright ownership, platform eligibility, AI probability or legal compliance. It does not detect SynthID or audio quality. Offline inspection excludes remote-only manifests, current revocation checks and configured identity trust-list validation.
Your materials and credentials
You retain rights in your media. You grant no media license merely by selecting a local file. You are responsible for permission to process the material, the accuracy of declarations you sign and safe handling of your private key. Do not impersonate a signer, submit another person’s key or use the tool to misrepresent provenance.
Outputs and limitations
Keep original files and review downloaded results. A PDF inspection report is a record of a technical check, not a compliance certificate. Software, file formats, browser limitations and incomplete source evidence can affect results. Do not use this tool as the sole basis for a high-stakes editorial, security or legal decision.
Batch purchase and delivery
Purchasing has not opened. If enabled, the displayed Batch price is a one-time $9.90 offer for a queue of up to 50 files and local PDF inspection reports, subject to the checkout’s stated taxes and terms. After verified payment, the automatic fulfillment service emails order details and an activation code to the checkout email. This flow is currently sandbox-only with a local test inbox; real email sending is not configured. Any delivery window and refund policy must be clearly published by the operator before accepting payment.
A return URL, session identifier or browser flag is not proof of payment. One browser is allowed per license. Online validation is required to start a batch or export a PDF; an already-admitted queue can finish locally. Clearing site data loses the browser key. The operator must verify your order and reset the binding, rotating the code for a replacement browser. Server revocation blocks subsequent validation; short-lived UI receipts expire within five minutes. Contact the operator for order problems. Refund and dispute synchronization remain manual. Do not pay until a valid contact channel and delivery terms are available.
Sponsorship and external services
External resources and affiliate services operate independently. A recommendation does not guarantee their metadata support or suitability. Sponsors cannot alter inspection outcomes. No visitor totals, ad approval, earnings or platform distribution results are guaranteed.
Availability and responsibility
The software is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable consumer rights or other protections under applicable law. No particular legal entity, jurisdiction or statutory waiver is invented for this unconfigured release. Commercial launch requires the operator to identify itself and review the applicable terms.
Questions and reports belong on the contact page. Changes affecting data handling or paid delivery must be explained before they take effect.
